The Thai consulate at Vientiane were quite insistent on seeing a bank book for my 3 month non o visa application today. I said I don't have one I have money 20-30k sent by western union in cash every month from home. He said next time he wants to see the bank book of my ex wife. (The visa based on my kids). I think only my fluent Thai saved me..I won't be going there again.

I am reading many thing in this group and I still curious about thai citizenship for foreign, anyone here may have experience please shared:

Is it possible to get Thai citizenship:

1. without marry Thai ?;

2. having kids Thai passport but not registered marry in Thai lady (don’t want register marry Thai lady in Thailand for example ) ?;

3. have already lives in Thailand more than 10 years ?;
