Did your funds need to be in one account for the full 3 months? Mine were in different accounts and I just moved them into one.

ORIGINAL POSTERI have applied for a TR 60 Visa in Canada but the Vancouver consulate has requesting that I send them the latest declaration form and I'm not sure which one it is I am attaching one that I found can somebody tell me if it is the correct form because the other form I found is quite different
