ORIGINAL POSTERHi, I had a eye surgery in Bkk/Pty Hspital because of retina detachment in December, since then 4 follow up appointments and surgery in about 3-6 Months again. I may wonder if I can apply for soft power DTV medical Visa, I not work but have enough funds. Any suggestions?
