Hi there. I have a non B 3 month single entry visa and am now applying for work permit. My lawyer said my WP3 from ministry of labour has 'expired' as it has only 1 months validity. The Department of Labour fee to issue a new one is nearly 9,000 baht. Can anyone confirm this is the charge from DOL? I have tried to find out from their site but no joy. Thanks
