Hi , I have a type O non-immigrant Spouse VISA for one year. My partner is going to resign her job on Nov 30th. I understand that my dependent VISA will be cancelled after her work permit is cancelled. However I need to stay in Thailand for another 2 months due to personal reason. In this case , (1) when work permit is cancelled , is there a way for to extend my stay in Thailand for another two months ? (2) Covid extension visa is only till 26th Nov. So is it possible for me to give up my type O stay permit earlier before 26th Nov and apply for Covid Extension ? My partner still needs to work till Nov 30th and cannot give up earlier.

Hi all, we are living in BKK and husband (finally) got his Media visa approved. Can anyone help with the steps needed to cancel his O (dependent) 1 year extension? And will he lose his multiple entries? TIA
