Has anyone had issues transferring Thai Banking apps to a new phone. 3 days in 2 banks Bangkok and Krungsri one sorted Bangkok albeit for some reason i can’t log into my account. It’s saying wrong user name and password. Krungsri no luck, face recognition wouldn’t work, manager said head office will call me in 3 days, still waiting for the call.

My U.K. bank app sorted in minutes with online security checks being carried out up and running now.

I have a DTac sim but cant seem to send or receive txt messages either from or to a local mobile (my wifes) or recieve from overseas.

Hello everyone. I bought a sim for my GPS here in Thailand. I paid the company for a year and in only four months it has stopped working. Do I need to top up this sim to keep it active? TIA
