TOURIST VISA- travelling around SE ASIA

How do I answer question 8 & 9? Do I have to get a visa before hand if I want to stay longer than 30 days, or can I go to an immigration office when there? I’ll be coming to Thailand on 16th May (from the Uk and hold a UK passport)

Is there a place with a compendium of visa requirements for SE Asia? Current requirements for Thailand?

Hi, I'm Swiss and already used all 3 tourist 30 days stamp entries into Thailand. Before Songkran I got the Non-Immigrant O visa (see picture). I will leave Thailand mid May for travelling around SE asia but I have my flight back to Switzerland on the 16th July. As the visa is only valid until 8th July, can you help me to figure out what I need to do? Re entry permit? Many thanks!!
