Can I apply for Thailand's Phuket Test and Go with only 4 nights stay and 1 PCR test?Answered

I'm wanting to apply to phuket test and go. But only I only staying 4 nights in Thailand. Can I apply and get approval for only 1 PCR test and with only 4 nights at my SHA plus airbnb ?
