TLDR : Answer Summary
You can apply for the Phuket Test and Go program if you are staying in Thailand for less than 5 days. For your 4-night stay, you will only need to book accommodation for the first day and pay for one RT-PCR test along with an airport transfer. Additionally, you should have a confirmed flight itinerary that indicates your departure on or before Day 5.

If you plan to stay in Thailand for less than 5 days (including departing on Day 5), only the hotel booking for Day 1 (including 1 RT-PCR test fee and airport transfer) and confirmed flight itinerary indicating the date of departure will be required
