Hello everyone, I have a non O Thai marriage visa. I'm supposed to leave every 3 months but due to the pandemic wasn't able to. So my Visa expired actually next year but because I can't leave they gave me a stamp for 2 months back in September the 26. My Visa expires on the 26th of November. So today I went and got a underconsideration stamp for not being able to travel due to pandemic. so far so good. It was a lot of paperwork though. A TM 30

must be filled out again and TM 7 form. Along with an affidavit form. So for those of you on stamps are going to expire I recommend you go there before it expires and get an under consideration stamp. Pay Nineteen Hundred baht and keep it moving. In case you wondering how long under consideration stamp last. It 2 weeks! But you must return to immigration to get 60 more days.
