Visa waiver program was functioning before pandemic, for Indians..now does anyone know if it has started again ?

Or still u are supposed to pay visa on arrival fees when u land in Bangkok?

My travel dates are in November..

With the VOA you now get 30 days instead of 15 days, until the end of March. The only thing, as before, you can not extend it.
