Can I leave Thailand tomorrow after getting a 30-day under consideration stamp and a re-entry stamp?

Have to leave tomorrow to go back home for a family emergency. I am on a one year extension of stay based on Thai family and it's due for renewal in the next few weeks so I need to go to immigration and submit papers for the renewal tomorrow before leaving. I will get a 30 day under consideration stamp and then have to come back in a month and get the 11 months inked in. Question is can I leave tomorrow after getting the 30 day under consideration stamp with a reentry stamp? I don't have any choice about leaving
