Where can I pick up my new U.S. passport and apply for another 30 days on my METV in Bangkok without going to Chaeng Wattana?Answered

Gotta pick up new U.S. passport in BKK and get another 30 on METV. Before the 14th. Which immigration office do I go to? Hoping it is NOT Chaeng Wattana. Thanks as always.
