Is there any contact when our visa is rejected to express disagreement ? And for more explanations.

"Your visa application has been rejected. Wrong personal info: Country of Passport and Nationality do not match"

Hi, my tourist visa is due to expire on 23rd June and today I went to immigration (Phuket) to apply for the covid visa. They've stamped it as 'under consideration' and I have to return back on 23rd June.

My question/ worry is that if the covid visa doesn't continue, am I still entitled to the covid 60 days because I applied today in May and do I need to do anything extra for when I return? Thanks
