Need some advice

Had my booster shot yesterday in a Kanchanaburi shopping centre , asked for a copy or receipt as proof of my 3rd vaccination and was told all information gets sent to the hospital and I can get paperwork from there

Well got the run around from desk to desk untill I just gave up ..

The only bit of paperwork I had was when initially applying for the booster but they needed it to send off to the authorities .

Lucky I took a picture of it before handing it over and this picture is now the only evidence I have that I actually did recieve a Pfizer booster here in Thailand

Any recommendations would be appreciated

I literally got accepted right away. The pass was sent to my email in the same minute with the registration receipt email lol!!

Highly recommend this tip!!! Especially for anyone who got two doses from two different locations. (got my first in Thailand and second in UK.)

I have try to register for vaccine in online .I have attached all the documents they require. unfortunately they said I have missed some of the documents and i need to do it again but I can't used anymore the same email .After I open new email I put all the details again! now they refused .my passport number and name.and it's show up THIS NAME AND PASSPORT NO. WAS TAKEN. but they haven't confirmed ?

Anyone have the same experience for vaccine issue .
