ORIGINAL POSTERI left Thailand two weeks ago on my non-immigrant B visa. I own and operate a fairly unsuccessful Thai business so I'd rather apply for a DTV with my successful online business.
Can I still apply or do I have to wait until that non-immigrant B visa is expired in October?
Will there be any issues with the fact that I worked online on my non-immigrant B visa?
