ORIGINAL POSTERHi all! I'm looking to apply for my DTV visa from Vietnam. I have a couple of questions about the process, given personal circumstances:
1. I have the 500,000 baht in an investment portfolio under my name that can be withdrawn into my personal account at anytime (I have documents proving this). Is this still applicable if I use this given that it's not a personal bank account?
2. Is it easier to apply from the UK or Vietnam?
3. I have been living in Thailand for the previous 6 months and overstayed before extending one time. I paid the fine and had no more issues; however, i've heard it may present some issues.
