ORIGINAL POSTERHi, I'm sure this has been addressed many times. Update: I should edit this. Am looking to purchase a house in Thailand. When looking to purchase property in Thailand, do we get the Thai bank account first before the visa (retirement) and purchase ? The rules keep changing and now I am not sure which order it should be.

ORIGINAL POSTERHi, I am currently on my first extension of stay of a OA visa based on being father of a Thai child. I will be making a condo purchase which will mean I will clear out my money to purchase the property/company
My question does the 800k have to be in the bank account all year round?
What is the seasoning for a OA visa extension of stay?
I will be able to have 800k back in my Thai Bank account before I have to reapply for my extension next year In April
