TLDR : Answer Summary
Inquiring about the experience of obtaining an Investment Visa in Thailand through the purchase of a condo for 10 million baht. One comment advises caution, stating that condos in Thailand generally do not appreciate in value and resale can be challenging. It suggests considering other investment options like an elite visa for potentially better returns.

Be aware that condos in Thailand don't tend to appreciate in price. Resale is also difficult and not like in the west. Consider the numbers before investing, as an elite visa may be better value, with you investing your capital elsewhere for a greater net return.
land prices do increase tho. Houses in parts of Bangkok can be a good investment, if that's an option. But resale can be even more difficult than condos.
