Be aware that condos in Thailand don't tend to appreciate in price. Resale is also difficult and not like in the west. Consider the numbers before investing, as an elite visa may be better value, with you investing your capital elsewhere for a greater net return.

land prices do increase tho. Houses in parts of Bangkok can be a good investment, if that's an option. But resale can be even more difficult than condos.Activity
