Is it acceptable to list 'unemployed' as occupation when applying for a DTV eVisa for Muay Thai training in Thailand?

Planning to do DTV  evisa under Muay Thai in Hanoi. Currently not working. Is it not a problem to put under occupation "unemployed"?  Will it not damage my chances to get the DTV? Although I do plan to register income as I have  income from rent.

Or is the occupation filed just to understand what you do in life as I'm applying under Muay Thai course.
