Is it acceptable to list 'unemployed' as occupation when applying for a DTV eVisa for Muay Thai training in Thailand?

Planning to do DTV evisa under Muay Thai in Hanoi. Currently not working. Is it not a problem to put under occupation "unemployed"? Will it not damage my chances to get the DTV? Although I do plan to register income as I have income from rent.

Or is the occupation filed just to understand what you do in life as I'm applying under Muay Thai course.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The individual is applying for a DTV eVisa under a Muay Thai course in Thailand, currently not employed. They are concerned whether listing their occupation as 'unemployed' might negatively affect their application, especially since they have rental income to declare. Commenters suggest alternatives like 'landlord' or 'freelance,' indicating that the occupation field may not significantly impact the application as long as financial requirements (like having 500k in the bank) are met.

If it’s muay thai, doesn’t matter as far as I understand, but you need the 500k in your bank

Freelance is an option. I'm not sure it's important.
