Hi everyone, I'm new to the group. I have been in and out of Thailand for many years and even held a retirement visa until covid but it lapsed (My own fault).

I arrived back in Thailand from Philippines recently after going in and out on 2 other occasions and immigration at the airport weren't going to let me back in as they told me I had been here for 141 days already. They allowed me in on the condition that I will get another retirement visa before I attempt to come back to the kingdom.

I am leaving to india for a pool tournament on the 30th of August therefore I don't have time to get the retirement visa done.

I am due to come back here on 16th September.

An agent told me I can apply for a 60 day tourist visa online while I'm out of the country, can anyone shed some light on my situation please. Thank you
