Can I apply for a Thai DTV visa from Malaysia if I am not a Malaysian national?Answered

I’ve got no possibility of applying for the DTV from my home country (the Netherlands) since I am already in Malaysia. Has anyone experienced trouble applying for the visa in another country other than their own?
