ORIGINAL POSTERI'm needing to complete a 90-day report for my children, but mine is not due the same date as theirs. The question is, to complete my children's 90-day report, do I need to sign the form, or do they sign for themselves (they are 11)? Also, we usually send a messenger to complete any 90-day report and only ever give the passports and filled forms. So since my own reporting is not due yet, only my children's are, do I also need to give them my passport or a signed copy?
