Do I need to sign my children's 90-day report form or can they sign for themselves?

I'm needing to complete a 90-day report for my children, but mine is not due the same date as theirs. The question is, to complete my children's 90-day report, do I need to sign the form, or do they sign for themselves (they are 11)? Also, we usually send a messenger to complete any 90-day report and only ever give the passports and filled forms. So since my own reporting is not due yet, only my children's are, do I also need to give them my passport or a signed copy?

TLDR : Answer Summary
When filing a 90-day report for children, the parent can sign the TM47 form on their behalf if the children are not of age (11 years old in this case). It's standard that anyone can submit a 90-day report for another person using their passport and the properly filled out form. It’s also advisable to provide a copy of your passport to the messenger handling the report, even if your own report is not due yet.

anyone can do a 90 day report for anyone else, with just the passport and a filled out TM47

so I'd just give them the passports of the ones with 90 day reports due and the TM47s, (which the kids sign if they can) or you sign for them

Can't hurt to have a copy of your passport visa/extension with the runner whose doing the 90 day reports thought
