Do visa workers' employers verify remote work locations for visa applications?

Currently doing my DTV with workaction.

I got a request to send "employment letter with detail of describe how it is your job to be for remote worker".

Here is the thing, my work thinks i'm going to do remote work from somewhere in Europe. I don't want to mention Thailand, because of envy and other reasons that will complicate my position.

Do the visa workers usually call in to your work to confirm the remote work?

You shouldn't lie to your company about the remote work destination. Depending what type of company you represent they may have contracts with data privacy restrictions for access from certain countries etc and you would put them in violation.

Just make up some documents, who cares.

Make sure you do NOT agree with the declaration at the end, just before payments.

Something about correct information and being truthful to the Thai Government.

Just ask the company to ask for a letter explaining your work details like what you do and that you work remote?
