Anyone have a recommendation for a Visa agent in Chiang Mai? I'm applying for a retirement visa.

I met with Visa Agent in Bkk today, for retiring from USA. We reviewed Retirement Visa, Elite Gold, and then they shared with me LTR. LTR seemed too good to be true? Any advice or warnings on LTR would be much appreciated. Thanks!

I'm want to renew my 5 year Thai driver license for another 5 years. I was told By a visa agent here in Pattaya, I would need a one year non immigrant O, or I can do it with a 90 day education visa!

I never heard of a ninty day education visa!

Ive a two week old baby here in L.O.S.

My partner is thai, we are not married and my name is on birth certificate.

I have been here 2 years , with my partner all of that time.

I have been bouncing borders on tourist visa since i arrived, now its becoming a problem, im getting 100 questions at the passport control.

I can get an ext on my visa in 10 days but need to sort a proper visa before that expires begining of march.

1) what is the cost to get a "Guardian Visa" and "Student Visa" (kids study at International School) -am holding a "90 days Non-O Single" entry visa at the moment & kids on "90 days ED" Single entry visa both done overseas before arrived at CNX

2) my hubby enter CNX with "90 days Non-O Single" entry visa without realised cannot leave the country before apply renew to 1yr "Guardian Visa", so now on "30 days Tourist Visa". But need travel frequently out of CNX, so each time get renew the 30 days visa. How long will it goes on till the airport officer start questioning? And will they stop him from entering CNX on the spot? If he want to do "Guardian Visa" after, will he need to leave CNX first or can he just apply here? What will be the cost involved?

3) any reasonable price/ good service Visa agent /lawyer can recommend?
