hello guys, I have a question.

If I am a partner in a Thai company, but I don't work, I can apply for a DTV visa if I meet the requirements (I work remotely for a European company)

If your question is you wanted to present your documents of your Thai LLC as an additional documents, I would suggest you should not do that, because it might jeopardized your application for DTV. Your application for DTV would be based on your remote working. Nothing to do with anything else. No need to mention anything else. It’s not relevant and won’t help your application at all.
