Can I apply for a DTV visa in Thailand as a partner in a Thai company while working remotely for a European company?

What do you mean by "Partner" - a silent investor or active "Director" making decisions etc?

Your application for DTV would be based on your remote working. Nothing to do with anything else. No need to mention anything else. It’s not relevant and won’t help your application at all.

I think this should be ok, considering a person on a tourist visa can also own part of a Thai company.
