Hi.. Is there anyone here familiar with the new online e-work permit system? I already canceled the Non-B extension at Chaengwattana and left Thailand. I needed to cancel the work permit (WP). I have the old blue book, but when I contacted the department, they said I needed to do it online. I have an agent, but she is not responsive. It's very difficult to work with her. She's managing closing the company (DBD, revenue, SS), and she was also supposed to cancel the WP. She was supposed to cancel it within 15 days after I resigned from the job. However, when I checked online, it showed the work permit was still active. I tried to communicate with her, but no response. So I tried to cancel it myself online. However, I had issues canceling it. They requested a copy of the DBD, and I submitted it. However, the office address was changed, and the DBD certificate had a new office address (the new office is located in Samut Prakan). So the e-work permit said it's not under Area 7 office (the old office was in Bang Khae), even though it was issued from Area 7 office. Now, how do I add the foreign employee (me) to the new office address, or how do I change the office location of the work permit? I checked all the options but couldn't figure out how to do it. I contacted the department through various channels and also raised a support ticket to help me sort it out, but no luck yet. Can any kind person help me sort it out? I would appreciate any help or suggestion.
