I can now say that yes, airlines get a system connected with Thailand immigration. All the blacklisted or banned travelers get they’re name on it. which’s not possible for embassy to know. That’s why they keep granting visa anyhow.

I was denied not to board yesterday. at checking counter it was showing on computer 🖥️at the bottom ”security clearance “donot allow( my name) to board”

But they didn’t knew the reason

So the airline contacted their office(airport) in Bangkok and send my informations to them. Then they went check my informations with immigration at suvarnabum airport. It took almost 1 hour for them to back n told me “Bangkok said you’re blacklisted “ I was send off from the airport
