ORIGINAL POSTERI have a 3 day visa overstay that was paid and i re entered the kingdom. i want to apply from bali. will this be an issue?

ORIGINAL POSTERHey all...entering into the fray to get the wife and two kids back in the country. Here are the details:
The wife has valid Non-O until June 16th with a re-entry permit (she's a follow-on from mine).
The kids are 5 and 7 and have the same follow-on visa.
Have medical insurance and all that. Already have a return flight that we can change at no charge if needed. Plenty of ASQs to choose from.
I just need to know if EACH person has to do the COE process or just the wife and the kids are included. I'm using the [members only] website.
