How can I apply for a medical treatment visa (DTV) in Thailand with permanent disability?

Be careful with living outside of the US (I'm assuming you are American) when on disability. You really need to understand the restrictions on the type of disability you payments you are receiving (like you can't be out of the country more than 30 days in a row) because they could cause you to lose your benefits and have to reapply.
