Can a child born to parents with a DTV visa in Thailand stay with them on the same visa?

I mean, they can get a DTV as a dependant child but kids under the age of 14 aren’t banned for overstate as well.

Obviously though, it would be best if they had an actual visa. Keep in mind that there’s no automatic status for the child in Thailand so they aren’t a citizen or anything by virtue of being born here.
