My last 90 day online report got rejected. I had to do it in person. They told me my TM30 wasn't up to date (seeing as I hadn't done one in a number of years). They still allowed the 90 day report but told me I needed the TM30 done for next time. (@ Bangkok imm)
I changed my non-O marriage from monthly income (Thai company) to 400K in the bank last year. The whole amount came from within Thailand. I didn't have to show the source of funds.
My extension date is March 5 at Bangkok. Last year I applied for an extension on Feb 15 and my under consideration date was March 8. The extension was then to 5 March 2024.
, on the immigration website, the requirements for visiting spouse or children don't have financial requirements. That indicates that it's different than a 12 month extension for marriage.
