31 March is the last day ... planning to leave the country a few days before that, but not return to Thailand earlier than 1 April, if Thailand is open.

I was there in person ... it takes two days. Drop the paperwork and the cashier's check in the morning and then go pick up the visa next day. Make sure you double check the pick up time ... there is a time window. Good luck.
Ok...thanks...I didn't think about the temporary reporting by the hotels. Yes, once I arrive back in CM, I will report my arrival at the residence of my retirement stay.
