 just provide details of a proposed flight itinerary for a date at least 2 - 3 weeks after submitting your Visa application

You can go into a Flight Centre to book a flight and they will print a flight Itinerary for you - no need to pay, they will hold the booking for 48 hours so you don’t have to commit to that flight if you’re not ready
