Yes - you are right - my point is that I did not know there was any requirement - I did get an inkling here but tbh its a bit cryptic wihout the background. Anyhow I asked the agency - they responded with the info I asked for and all good now - thanks for the input on the extension - mirrors what the agency said as well - my work will get me out of TH before 6 months anyhow so likely a moot point...... Thanks!

honestly its just information and without a heads up it would have been possible that I would not have known I had the requirement - not everyone is a member here (which is where I got an inkling of the requirement - so thanks for that) - I've asked and they answered...... all good.
