 Yes, I was here. My national identity card, bank statement, utility bills all had the proof of residence.

 Thanks. I have asked the legal firm for the application they submitted. Absolutely devastated but let's see if the embassy provides any explanation.

 Thanks, I didn't see the post from Bangladesh earlier.

 I had applied under workcation. I'm waiting to hear back from Siam Legal tomorrow after they review and speak to the embassy.

I'm not sure if I should reapply on my own right away. Any guidance?

 Thanks mate. Such a bummer. E visas were only introduced here in Jan and nobody to my knowledge has gotten a DTV from Bangladesh yet. Hence I had engaged with a Thai legal firm. I have asked them to share with me the application they submitted btw.

 Applied through the Thai embassy in Bangladesh. I'm based here. I got the email directly so I think mine was used? But I'm not able to check the application status on the site since Siam Legal - the legal firm - used their account to submit the application
