it was actually the bank that told us about it. A different branch than I ended up going to. My friend just called the branch in her office building

yes, i specifically went to a branch close to several mid range hospitals. There was no questions, just took my documentation and within 30 minutes i had working app and a card. The manager was called a couple times to tick the right boxes.

For visa I think they actually ticked off «long term visa».

Anonymous participant 569 no credit card or prepaid visa debit card. Only the normal Bankok Bank card integrated reddit card.
