Fellow Aussie here, I sent an email to Canberra (don’t bother calling they never answer, email response was prompt) I asked if my flights would impact application and got a response - I then included a copy of the email in my application. I was only extending for 30 days though. Thought I’d share incase it was helpful

(sorry I’m just curious) I thought there was a limit of 6 times per year by air?

I’m an Australian. I emailed the Embassy in Canberra they were really good at responding. I think they only work in the mornings - I never had any luck with phone calls either.

I applied for a 60 day visa and had a question about it - I included a copy the email with visa application.

Bus info if interested. Note - you can only buy bus tickets on the day of travel (ridiculous I know) I was able to buy the 8am ticket the day before.

When facing Bus Station ticket office is on the right outside of station on the corner.

Also, you will need 10,000 kip at border per passport (no idea, foreigner charge?!)

well better to be safe than sorry! I would’ve done the same. Especially since everyone asks - do you have form? Do you have form?

sorry I’m not sure. I can only say that there was a couple with two kids at the Embassy, while I was there, the Dad looked like he only had one appointment sheet for the 4 passports - and all of them went up to the counter.
