Send them the invoices and your the bank statements showing the corresponding payments highlighted. Definitely include a cover letter explaining to them what you are providing. You dont want them leave it up to the person checking to figure what you sent.

"Invoice dated XX/XX/XX for $XX.XX which was paid on XX/XX/XX (See page #X with the payment highkighted."
