A. Nony Mous If I set up an LLC outside of Thailand and the business is working, then I move to Thailand with a DTV visa, what happens in practice? Would I still not be allowed to sell to Thai customers even if both the production and the company are entirely outside Thailand?

If the answer is no, would it be possible instead to sell in Thailand through local distributors or stores that purchase my products wholesale and then resell them to Thai customers?
