immigration did not even ask for it. Got nothing to do with notification of where your staying. Been dropped from 1st July so the airline you went on needs to be updated

they did not last week and immigration did not ask for it

I only use wise to transfer to my thai account. If you use the card at tesco or big c for shopping there is no fee. All foreign travel cards get the fee not just wise

My application for pre-approval was less than 24 hours and harder visa to get than the TR60:)

Go to Thai consulate Sydney do pre apply online, get pre-approval then send passport and paperwork to them with returned addressed postage bag.

You must send passport as they glue the visa into it.
