Your from USA? You don't get voa you get visa exempt which is 30 days and can be extended for another 30 days at immigration office if you want more days

3 days overstay is 1500 baht fine and risky overstaying as well better to pay 1900 at immigration as others wisely advised to avoid the risk of being arrested and getting the overstay stamp in your passport.
