Yes is normal is still a non immigrant O multiple entry but you need go out every 3 month. For change this visa to a long stay 1year resident visa "thai family" you need to apply this with the local immigration of your résidence in thailand. This time you need to show thai bank book on your name with 0 baht from the last 2 month and only from international transfer (can use Wise for cheap comission) or same me you can assk à certificate of income from your embassy baht minimum every month. For french embassy they dont ask any proof of income. You just put the income that you want and after they exchange in baht and give you stamp. I pay for this paper 949 baht. With thus paper you dont need to have thai bank Account also..

yeah this is what and dont understand... and when you see who stay there more 2 years with covid extension and dont have so much money for travel.. they are more lucky than me.. but is ok its the new game we will found an issue i hope.
