But if I were to make a deposit or make a withdrawal, the bankbook would not agree with the letter from the bank, so wouldn't I need another letter from the bank?

Qatar Airways informed that the F2F and PCR test must be two separate documents,

I have emailed DAM Health as I am not happy with what have told me

So when you visit them on the 22nd, tell them they are talking BS, from me please

I contacted Qatar to clarify that the F2F and PCR test must be two separate documents, as I have been told by the company
@DAM *******
@ , that this not correct and the F2F and PCR Test can be on the same sheet.

I would really like clarification before arriving at the airport please, so as not to miss my flight

I keep hearing that F2F and PCR test MUST be 2 separate documents., but these guys tell me that is not true, and they have never had any complaints.

Has anyone ever tried to go through customs with just the single document?

Has anyone else use DAM for their F2F and PCR test?
