What should I consider about my visa status after multiple visits to Thailand in one year?

I got stopped. On my first boarder run , I did the 60-30 , as had to leave to KL waiting for my 10 year visa, the immigration office suggested it!

But was stopped at airport on re entry , had to show my paperwork, bank balance! Husband different counter walked straight through!
