 oh you are correct, in Vientiane they gave me 6 months TR.. Considering applying for a 3rd time with my Dutch bank account. Hanoi this time. Are the embassies connected? Can I make a new account for applying or is this connected to pasport? Or should I just forget about it and go for elite.. :(
