You can probably stay for a long time through corruption and by paying the price asked.

You are stamped in for 30 days based on a bilateral agreement, not based on the visa exemption rule.

Stay based on this stamp can not be extended.

Non-RE is a code they use on the entry stamp, when you enter the country with a re-entry permit
