You made it look like you can only buy a condo with a Thai and own 49% of it.

You said thais need to own 51% of the condo. But you can own a condo 100%

But the quota of the whole building needs to be more thais than foreigner.

If there are 10 condos in the building 6 condos needs to be owned by Thais 4 can be owned by foreigners 100%
